Closing Night: Mimesis 2025
An experimental oral history about Mount Lebanon in upstate New York. This project spans specific histories of the mountain by weaving the stories of five different people.
Begin at 6 PM. Refreshments will be served upon arrival to the Halfway House venue. Conversation with the artist at 7 PM.
Dinner will be served.

Press play and begin walking, following the signs to the Halfway House venue.

Conversation starts (around) 7 PM.
Arrive at the Halfway House and finish listening to the piece on the patio if needed.
Dinner and drinks will be served upon your arrival.
A conversation with the artist will begin at 7 PM.
The evening will wrap with an awards announcement at sunset.

Trail Information
If taking the viewpoint trail, follow signs to the Panorama Trail, Panorama Point, and the Halfway House.
If taking the Flagstaff Trail, follow signs to the Halfway House.
Trails involve approximately 500 feet of elevation gain and can be narrow or rocky, please consider your footwear and dress for the weather. Long pants are recommended.
Each trail is 1 mile+ and takes 45-60 minutes to walk.
For those who are unable to walk the trails, limited parking is available at the Halfway House venue, and the entire program can be experienced there without walking.
We ask that those who are able to kindly participate in the walk.
